Last open session of the Senatorial Colloquy.
Today is the last open session for the Senatorial Colloquy. This program, sponsored by the C.V. Starr Center for the Study of the American Experience, is to be held in the Hynson Lounge in Hodson Hall at 5:30. This is the last of what have been four wonderful discussion sessions moderated by Steven Clemons of the New America Foundation between Senator Birch Bayh and other visiting Senators. For todays session we welcome Senator Richard Lugar to join a discussion on the history, traditions and contemporary identity of the U.S. Senate. We hope you attend this truly wonderful program, and share your in put by commenting after words.

we obviously need new microphones for the speakers to use, because the lapel sets were less than accomidating. But the Colloquy was amazing, both of the senators offered such wonderful insights on todays political happenings. I look forward to more events like this at Washington College.
We are working on the lapel mic situation. New batteries were installed prior to each talk....we appreciate your feedback.
